Small to large capacities, back-pressure and condensing, with or without extraction.
Product · Steam Turbines
Impulse and reaction turbines for industrial co-generation, power generation and energy recovery. Designed on an optimised flow path with a modular system, built to strict quality standards, and supported for their whole life.
Overview
Glorinda Turbines is driven by a team of experienced techno-entrepreneurs with decades of expertise in the design and support of steam turbines and related systems — including after-sales service, refurbishment and support for critical components.
Our work combines proven design principles, advanced engineering tools and deep industry knowledge to create flexible, efficient turbines. We apply an Optimised Flow Path with Modular System: standardised modules arranged to the application, creating compact, efficient and durable packages with high reliability under heavy load variation.
Thermodynamic design, mechanical design and system integration are carried out in-house, using CFD, rotor dynamics, casing and blade mechanics, stability and heat-transfer analysis and 3D modelling.
Products are developed under the Glorinda brand and manufactured by qualified OEM partners. Glorinda controls technical specification, branding and quality control.
Why this product
Small to large capacities, back-pressure and condensing, with or without extraction.
Standardised modules cut development cost and time, speed spare-part availability and simplify manufacturing.
Symmetrical casing, stiff rotor design and high blade-strength safety margins for heavy load variation.
Gearbox-free, direct-drive turbines from 3 to 10 MW with simple lubrication and fast payback.
Retrofit and re-rate to improve efficiency, increase output and extend service life.
Service support around the clock, with guaranteed spare-part availability within 24 hours.
The range
Both design types, in back-pressure and condensing configurations.
Single or multiple extraction up to 70 bar(a); uncontrolled single or multiple bleeds.
Up to 140 bar and 540 °C; exhaust/back pressure up to 20 bar; enthalpy drop 100–1,400 kJ/kg.
3–10 MW, up to 30 bar and 300 °C, direct-drive with no gearbox and anti-vibration mounts.
Complete packages: turbine, gearbox (or direct drive), generator, oil system, controls and auxiliaries.
Package parameters monitored via Glorinda’s IoT mobile app — speed, vibration, bearing temperatures and more.
