Glorinda GmbH is an international holding headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany, with a network across Europe, the CIS and MENA. We design and run economic and industrial structures that reinforce each other — and we do it to remove waste, not just to sell services.

Glorinda is an international holding company with sub-branches around the globe. Our complementary activities help businesses expand: we remove the obstacles that stop good industrial ideas from reaching their potential.
We aim to create horizontal and parallel structures that reinforce and protect each other, rather than axial ones — organisations with leading, modifying and developing effects on each other. That is why we run economic and industrial activities that interact and are synergic, and avoid designing isolated structures and systems.
Our team gathers experienced engineers from across the world, and our board brings together experienced people from many countries, giving us a comprehensive understanding of different markets and industries.

Leadership
Managing Director. More than 12 years providing environmentally friendly disinfection solutions for water and wastewater applications with an international company in the Netherlands; former Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa, managing large-scale municipal projects.
Strategic Planning Deputy. Appointed CEO of Terranova Instruments Group in 2017 after guiding the merger of multiple instrumentation companies; also CEO of Tecnomatic Flow Elements from 2022. Doctor in management and industrial engineering, Politecnico di Milano.
Startup Deputy. Sixteen years with Pieralisi Group, initially as development manager for the industrial division in Greece and Bulgaria, later exclusive distributor for the group’s industrial sector in Greece, Turkey and the Middle East. Former global product manager for drying systems.
Business Development Deputy. More than 20 years in the international industrial market. Founder of the Dahi Bondad Group with six subsidiaries across oil and gas, petrochemicals, water and wastewater and power; founder of Tetco engineering in Turkey and Unicatecno in Portugal.
Trading and Sales Deputy. Product manager at INVENT Umwelt-und Verfahrenstechnik AG; representative and project manager for TIA GmbH in EPC and sale of water and wastewater treatment plants; responsible for marketing and sales across Asia with Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG.
