Mini-LNG
Small/medium liquefaction (~200 TPD), regasification terminals, LNG storage and FSRU, with a closed nitrogen cooling loop and no process water.
Oil & Gas · OG
Mini-LNG, gas processing, high-purity gas, material handling and storage — engineered as on-skid modules to international standards, with the rotary machinery, tanks and analyzers that make a gas facility run.
Oil & gas overview
Glorinda delivers midstream and downstream solutions for the oil and gas industry. Our packages are engineered on skids and modules for quality, speed and precise integration — from mini-LNG liquefaction and regasification to gas processing, high-purity gas generation, refrigeration, material handling and storage.
We procure the most effective proprietary equipment through the world’s advanced manufacturers, and integrate turbines, compressors, pumps, filters, instrumentation and catalysts into coherent, standards-compliant systems.
Our approach
Almost everything Glorinda delivers into oil and gas arrives as a module. That is a deliberate engineering position rather than a packaging preference, and it changes the risk profile of a project substantially.
On-skid production improves quality, reduces cost and shortens construction time, because assembly happens in a workshop under controlled conditions rather than on a live site. Problems surface during factory testing, where they are cheap to fix, instead of during commissioning, where they are not. The design and construction process becomes more precise, and site work reduces to setting the module and connecting defined interfaces.
The mini-LNG plant makes the argument concretely. Its classification as a prefabricated module means the entire system can be relocated later; the only investment lost is the construction element, which accounts for less than 5% of the initial outlay. Civil works reduce to concrete slabs or pads. And because the cooling system runs on a closed nitrogen expansion loop with nitrogen generated on site, there is no dependency on refrigerant hydrocarbons that may not be readily available, and no need to adapt the refrigerant design to local weather or gas composition.
The same logic runs through the rest of the scope. Rotary machinery skids arrive complete with pumps, compressors, turbines, fans and blowers engineered for integration. Refrigeration packages are built to API 619 and API 682. Storage tanks follow ASME, API 620/650/653, EN 14620 and EN 14015 as applicable, and silos are engineered to withstand wind and seismic loads. Standards compliance is what makes a module droppable into someone else’s plant.
Safety follows from the same thinking. Fewer rotating machines means fewer failure points: the mini-LNG site has only two major rotary turbomachines, which extends life cycle and cuts maintenance. Nitrogen leakage is neither hazardous nor toxic. The plant is fully automatic and typically needs only ten to fifteen operators.
What we deliver
Small/medium liquefaction (~200 TPD), regasification terminals, LNG storage and FSRU, with a closed nitrogen cooling loop and no process water.
Amine treating, dehydration (TSA/mole sieve), condensate recovery and natural-gas conditioning packages.
PSA and membrane units for nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen production/purification, CO₂ separation and mixed-gas systems.
Pneumatic (dilute/dense phase) and mechanical conveying, de-dusting and storage silos to ASME/DIN/EN.
Pressurised, spherical and cryogenic storage (LNG, LPG, ammonia, ethylene) to API/EN standards.
Refrigeration packages (R1270, R717, R507A…) and complete pump/compressor/turbine skids to API 619/682.
LNG
Small and medium-scale LNG, virtual pipeline distribution, regasification terminals, storage tanks and floating storage & regasification units (FSRU).
Per mini-module (130,000 gpd / 490 m³/day) from ~13,500 m³/h natural-gas feed.
Closed nitrogen-expansion cooling loop; ~0 process water — heat is rejected by air coolers.
Prefabricated modules on concrete pads; portable, expandable and fast to install.
Liquefaction, storage, regasification, distribution and power generation across the LNG chain.
One mini-LNG module can store roughly the equivalent of a 500 MW gas plant’s consumption for about six weeks.
