Which team will answer?
Enquiries are routed by what you select in step two: process problems and technology questions go to our engineering team; product enquiries to the relevant product team; partnership, startup and investment enquiries to business development.

How an enquiry actually progresses
Your enquiry is routed by what you select in step two of the form, so a process problem reaches an engineer rather than a general inbox. We reply to every qualified enquiry within two business days — and if the answer is that we are not the right partner for it, we will tell you that instead of scheduling a call.
For a technical enquiry, the first response is usually a small number of specific questions rather than a brochure: feed quality, flow, the discharge or reuse target, site constraints, and what has already been tried. With that we can normally indicate a treatment approach and an order-of-magnitude budget quickly, which is what most people need before an internal conversation about capital.
Projects at this scale typically run from around €200,000 up to several million euros, with a cycle of six months to two years from first conversation to delivery. Early, exploratory contact is genuinely welcome — a feasibility study or a technology evaluation is often the right first step, and it is a service you can buy on its own without committing to anything further.

Common questions
How quickly will you reply?
We reply to every qualified enquiry within two business days. Technical enquiries are routed directly to an engineer rather than to a general inbox.
What information helps you respond usefully?
For water and process enquiries: stream type, flow, feed quality and your discharge or reuse target. For products: duty point, materials and service conditions. For projects: capacity, stage and timeline.
What size of project do you take on?
Typical project scope runs from around €200,000 up to several million euros. Sales cycles are usually six months to two years, so early conversations are welcome.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Named references and case studies are shared under NDA during scoping, and we are equally happy to sign one covering your process data.
